How soon will my printing arrive after I place my order?
We aim to ship all products within 3 days, for delivery in under 5 days.  However, if you need them faster, select the 'express delivery' option when ordering (not available on canvas prints)

How will my printing be delivered?
Dependant on the product you are ordering, and its size, your order will be delivered by TNT or Royal Mail.  You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.  You can also track the progress of your order through your user area on our website.

How can I pay for my printing?
You can pay for your printing securely through our website, via PayPal or 2Checkout, our authorised payment processors.  You can also collect from our Preston offices, however a deposit needs to be paid before your order is processed.  Please call us for more details.  Sorry, we can no longer accept cheques.

How will my order be printed?
This is largely dependant on the product you order.  Canvas prints, roller banners, outdoor banners and large format posters are printed digitally on our state of the art digital presses.  All promotional and business products are printed lithographically for the best quality results.

Can I split my Business Cards between different people in my company?
If you are ordering for a business that requires cards for different members of staff, you can use our MultiName system.  Simply upload your artwork (or ask us to design it), then give us a list of names and numbers, and we'll make the changes for you.

For example, if you need business cards for 4 people, order 2000 cards, use multiname and we'll split the cards into packs of 500 at no extra charge.
